Privacy and project enquiries
How Gryffin Studio handles project enquiries.
When you contact Gryffin Studio, we use the company name, email address, project brief, budget and timing you provide to review and respond to your request. Do not submit passwords, financial account details, CVs or sensitive personal information.
Enquiries are processed using Cloudflare hosting and storage and our private project-management system. Email correspondence is handled through Gmail. Enquiry data is not published in the product catalogue.
We retain correspondence while handling your enquiry and any resulting project, and review records for deletion when no longer needed. To request access, correction or deletion, or to object to marketing, email gryffin.dn@gmail.com. A project enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
